A simple tool for useful group updates. Please use it responsibly.

Effective October 29, 2026. These terms apply to HeyNotice (헤이노티스), published by Nunting. By creating a room or publishing a notice, you agree to these terms.

Using HeyNotice

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for the content you post and for sharing invite links appropriately. Anonymous hosts may lose access after reinstalling the app; account recovery is not guaranteed.

Content and conduct

Do not post unlawful content, sexual exploitation, pornography, hate speech, harassment, threats, scams, spam, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not impersonate others or try to bypass access controls, blocks, or usage limits. You must have permission to share what you post.

Your content

You retain rights to your content. You allow us and our service providers to store, process, and display it to operate the service, deliver it to your group, handle reports, and respond to deletion requests.

Reporting and moderation

Participants can use “Report & block host” from the room menu. This submits the current notice for review, leaves the room, and prevents joining that host’s rooms with the same app identity. You can also contact unsemeta@gmail.com. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these terms.

Delivery limitations

Notices and notifications require internet connectivity and appropriate device permissions. Delivery may be delayed or fail. HeyNotice does not confirm that everyone has received or read a notice. Do not rely on it for emergency alerts, evacuation instructions, medical decisions, or other safety-critical communications.

Leaving and deleting

You may leave rooms or delete your data in Settings. Hosts may close their rooms, which removes the notices and invite for everyone. See our Privacy policy and Data deletion instructions.

Availability and contact

We work to keep the service useful but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For support, privacy requests, or content concerns, contact unsemeta@gmail.com.
